Processing and Shipping Policy

  • Orders will be processed within 2 - 5 business days after your full payment has been received.
  • Shipment time will be between 2 - 7 business days depending on your physical address. The total wait time after you place your order will be between 4 - 12 business days. Shipping time and cost vary depending on location, and product ordered.
  • If you are paying by certified check or money order, please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to clear.
  • If you are local, and would like to save on shipping costs, we offer a Warehouse Pickup Option; for this option, a handling charge will be applied. Please call our toll-free number for instructions on pick-up.
  • Sorry, no COD or Escrow. Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and all International locations pay actual freight.

Rush Shipping Policy

  • We offer priority handling and delivery on most items upon request. For special instructions, PLEASE ORDER BY PHONE.
  • Rush shipping fees and expedited shipping costs and custom charges are not refundable.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations on orders are accepted without penalty before the close of business on the day purchased. A 3% processing fee penalty will be charged for all cancellations after the day of purchase.
  • No Cancellations are accepted after order has been shipped.

ComfortSoul™ Limited Warranty Policy

  • ComfortSoul™ manufacturer warranty is offered in different lengths for specific products, please refer to the instruction manual of the product for details.
  • ComfortSoul™ products are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and craftsmanship for the duration of the warranty to the original owner.
  • This warranty excludes damage caused by improper setup, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
  • The warranty is voided by non-factory modifications and repairs by unauthorized personnel.
  • All warranties are limited to factory provided replacement parts, and in-factory repairs or replacements are at the discretion of ComfortSoul™.
  • Only qualified authorized dealers may perform repairs under warranty terms. ComfortSoul™ will offer free unlimited telephone support for end-customers as well as dealers in an effort to install or replace parts sent by ComfortSoul™
Return and Warranty Shipment Policy
  • Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of when the product ships from our warehouse. After 30 days, all repairs and replacements will follow our warranty policy.
  • Products must be returned in original packaging, in new condition, and with the authorization of ComfortSoul™.
  • ComfortSoul™ products are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and craftsmanship for the duration of the warranty to the original owner.
  • When returning a product within 30 days for non-warranty related issues, a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be applied to all ComfortSoul™ products. Customer’s original shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Items returned after 30 days may incur extra charges.
  • For warranty-related returns and exchanges, ComfortSoul™ will be responsible for return Ground shipping of parts. For entire product exchanges or in-factory repairs, customer will be responsible for insured return shipping.

Sales Tax

  • All orders in the state of California, Arizona, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington are subject to sales tax.
  • Resellers must provide valid reseller's license in order to be considered Tax Exempt.
